Presentation

Today I gave a 1hour presentation about my work and the birds of the Solent to around x15 of my esteemed colleagues from across the service. I was dead nervous but I bloody did it and it was good. My awesomeness never ends x

Fartlek

Today I did my Fartlek running x6 and conditioning exercises. It was cold and I didn't want to go outside but I did. I am awesome.
