The purpose of this blog is to challenge my usual negative thinking style and build my confidence. My plan is to journal the little positive achievements I make each day. It's kind of like a gratitude diary and a positive data log combined. My hope is that I will focus on the positives and celebrate my achievements instead of dwelling on the negatives and my shortcomings. In turn, this will stop me becoming overwhelmed by all the things I want to do. Peace and love.
