I have not posted for a while as I have been far too busy being awesome including chilling, spring cleaning, cooking, and partying!
Today I went out for the first time in an age and did some exercise. I pushed myself really hard on the Farklek running and on the conditioning exercises.
At work I also wrote out some of the causes of my stress/ anxiety with the intention to get them out of my head/ stop mulling them over constantly and as a regernce for discussing with the management team at a later date.
Go me!
